North Bougainville Chiefs have passed a resolution to make HIV&AIDS testing Compulsory in Bougainvill after a training on Leadership roll on HIV&AIDS Prevention.

What do you think?

Or should it be practice throughout Papua New Guinea?

    I think its a great idea especially with the current AIDS epidemic in PNG. If the testing is free and the knowledge can only help people it should be encouraged throughout the country. The Govt should aim to emphasise that taking the test is a responsible decision,a sign of showing respect for your own health and that of your family to help dispel so much of the shame thats associated culturally with AIDS.
